With limited awareness around Virgin Trains Ticketing and what the booking platform delivers, we were tasked to drive brand fame, as well as encourage future train bookings and app downloads.​

 

We identified 65% of Brits have a fear of ticket inspectors, so in true Virgin style, we appointed the nation’s happiest TV personality, Alison Hammond, to be VTT’s Chief Points Inspector and inspect commuters’ tickets. 

​

Taking over Paddington station, Alison highlighted how rewarding train travel can be, dishing out Virgin Points which can be earned via the VTT app each time commuters book their train travel.

Alison was the perfect person and personality to bring to life Virgin Trains Ticketing in a truly Virgin way. Tremendous results!
