We needed to let the nation know Domino’s was scouting for over 10,000 roles ahead of the Women’s Euros and Christmas season. We found gig economy workers were frustrated by lack of career development opportunities, and more than 50% of delivery platforms failed to provide adequate protection and benefit schemes.
So, we tapped into the ‘winning feeling’ people felt working at Domino’s and recruited homegrown talent and former Domino’s employee, Lucy Bronze, to help deliver a chant-based campaign, bellowing “Glory, Glory Dom’s United” and “We love you, pizza, we do, oh pizza we love you!” The campaign went live via digital, social, PR and then just exploded…
