Virgin Atlantic wanted to mark the relaunch of its credit card, which offers customers the ultimate perk… complimentary upgrades, along with a bunch of other points-based rewards. 

Upgrades hold the ultimate caché in air travel, so we decided to capture that moment IRL by installing hidden cameras at Gatwick and upgrading economy flyers to the upper class. A 30-second slow-mo film showing the range of emotions an upgrade can deliver – from hysterics to tears of joy.
