The Heathrow Express is perceived as a business travel solution. However, in the face of increasing competition from other operators, building usage amongst the family market was critical.  We were asked to communicate that kids 15 years old and younger travel free on the Heathrow Express. 

In a bid to connect with parents and grandparents, we enlisted old school comedy duo The Krankies! Together they starred in “The Oldest Kid in Town” – a hilarious video which saw them go ‘undercover’ and attempt to put the ‘kids travel for free’ offer to the test.
